What is inside

Page one starts with the cost of waiting: every month without a plan, the same figures get re-keyed, the same questions wait for the same person, and the AI pilot stays a demo. AI pays off in one of three ways: time back, higher quality, or a capability your team never had. The workshop draws the two pictures you rarely have on paper, how the work runs and what data sits underneath, and turns them into one first project you can say yes to.

It runs in four steps: a questionnaire that shapes the agenda, one or two days at your office, a written report within a week, and a presentation to your decision-maker. We start from the work, from your questions or from your data, and let the other two follow.

Page two describes the report, four things you keep whoever you build with:

• The map: your people, processes, IT systems and the data each step depends on.
• The numbers: where the work leaks time and quality, with the impact today.
• The shortlist: use cases quantified and ranked on value, data readiness and confidentiality, with our recommendation, including where AI does not pay off yet.
• The Proof of Value outline: for the use case you choose, what it will do, the data it needs, the time it takes and the outcomes it must show.

Included at no extra cost: a FAIR + CLEAR scorecard of your key data on nine AI-readiness criteria; a 20-question AI test, with 20 of your questions run on a sample of your data and each answer checked; and a follow-up call after 30 days to unblock the first steps.

What it costs: a fixed price of €6,000, agreed up front. The report is yours: act on it with us, with another provider or with your own team. If you go on to the Proof of Value with us, we waive the fee for the workshop and the report.

Who it is for

Small and medium-sized companies that want to use AI on their own data and need to know, before committing to any software, what is worth building first.

Luxembourg SMEs: projects of €3,000 to €25,000 (excl. VAT) may qualify for up to 70% co-funding under the SME Packages AI or Digital. We help you check eligibility. The programmes are described on Guichet.lu (SME Packages – AI, SME Packages – Digital), and the first step is a pre-analysis with the House of Entrepreneurship.
