This policy explains how Meaningfy SARL collects and uses personal data when you visit www.meaningfy.lu, contact us, or work with us as a client or partner.
1. Who is responsible
Meaningfy SARL, 61 Route de Fischbach, L-7447 Lintgen, Luxembourg (RCS B249334), is the controller of your personal data. Contact for any privacy question: hi@meaningfy.ws.
2. When you visit the website
- Server and security logs. To run the site and protect it against attacks, our host and our security software record technical data: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Kept for up to 30 days, unless needed to investigate an attack.
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, and clicks on key buttons. Full IP addresses are not stored, and Google signals and advertising features are switched off. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Kept for 14 months.
- Cookies. See our Cookies Policy for the full list.
- No tracking beyond that. Fonts are served from our own server. There are no advertising trackers, social-media pixels or embedded third-party content.
3. When you contact us
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message, plus any details you choose to share. We use them to answer you and to follow up on your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Form messages are delivered by email and are not stored in the website’s database. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless it leads to a business relationship.
4. If you are a client, partner or supplier
We process the business contact details of the people we work with (name, role, organisation, email, phone), plus the correspondence and documents needed for the collaboration. We do this to prepare, perform and manage contracts and projects, and to invoice. Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations such as accounting (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in managing business relationships (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Contract and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as required by Luxembourg law; other correspondence for as long as the relationship lasts, plus 24 months.
Where we process personal data on behalf of a client as part of a project, this is governed by the data processing terms of that project’s agreement, not by this policy.
